Campaign for DaVita Healthcare of Florida's Medicare Annual Election Period (AEP) in-clinic enrollment drive. Instagram, Twitter and Facebook promotions were created to promote the enrollment dates and make sure patients were reminded to enroll if they haven't or were changing providers. The toolkit was sent to all clinics in the region to help prepare for the event. This consisted of checklists, message points, swag, posters, brochures, postcards, medicare enrollment tips guide, and a roles and responsibilities quick sheet in English and Spanish.
